For Clothing:
Left/Right Chest: Recommended Size is 2" – 3.5";
Sleeves - Upper Arm: Recommended Size is 2" – 3";
Sleeves – Lower Arm: Recommended Size is 2" – 3", too;
Back: Recommended Size is 4" – 10".
For Hats:
Front Center: Recommended Size is 1.5" – 3";
Hat Side: Recommended Size is 1.5" – 2";
Upper Peak: Recommended Size is 1.5" – 2".
For Shoes / Socks:
Side Panel: Recommended Size is  2" – 2.5";
Leg: Recommended Size is 1" – 2".

Yes, custom patches are highly durable and designed to survive regular use and machine washing—but their exact lifespan comes down to how they are attached.

Sew-On Patches: They are stitched directly into the fabric with heavy-duty thread; they cannot peel off. They can handle aggressive washing machines, high-heat dryers, and years of rugged daily wear.
Iron-On Patches: The heat-activated backing creates a strong bond, but it is not permanent. After about 20–30 laundry cycles, the glue will naturally start to break down and loosen at the edges.
Velcro Patches: The hook-and-loop backing itself lasts for thousands of rips. The trick here is to remove the patch before throwing the jacket or backpack into the washing machine. This keeps the patch looking brand new forever.

We are using high-quality thread that does not fade. Our patches can withstand washing and are usually more durable than the clothes they are attached to - please make sure to keep bleach away from them!

Most orders are dispatched within approximately one week, plus an additional 3 days for delivery. A small suggestion: If your schedule is relatively flexible, choosing a longer delivery time window can help you reduce costs. We offer a 10% discount within 20 days and a 20% discount within 25 days. 

Common options include merrowed, laser-cut, and heat-cut. Merrowed borders suit standard shapes, while laser or heat cutting works better for detailed or custom outlines.
